Most inquiries receive a response within 3–5 business days. Messages submitted after 5 PM or on weekends are answered the next business day.
Yes. We offer secure telehealth sessions for Florida residents. Virtual therapy is available for individual, couples, and group services depending on therapist licensure and availability.
Our intake team reviews your needs — specialty, insurance, availability, and preferred location — and matches you with the therapist who best fits your goals. You can also tell us preferences during the initial intake.
Availability varies, but we do our best to accommodate same-week or next-week openings, especially for new clients.
