Cristhal Esobar

Hi I'm Cristhal, a bilingual trauma therapist and Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) based in Florida. I specialize in helping people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, burdened by their past, or disconnected from themselves and others. My work centers around trauma--not just the big, obvious kinds, but also the quieter, cumulative wounds we carry from childhood, relationships, cultural expectations, and survival-based roles.

My Clinical Experience spans outpatient therapy, trauma-informed care, and collaborative work across multiple systems of care. I hold a Master's in Social Work and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). My approah is deeply influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which allows us to explore your internal work with compassion, curiousity, and care. Whethere you're struggling with anxiety, depression, identity stress, or the lingering effects of trauma, I'll help you reconnect with the part of yourself that have been protecting you and the parts that are ready to heal.

Clients often describe me as calm, grounded, and emotionally attuned. I show up fully, without judgment, and hold space for both your pai and your power. My style is relational, intuitive, and trauma-responsive. I work espeically well with Latinx, immigrant, and historically undeserved communities and I bring a culturally sensitive lens to everything I do.

At the heart of my work is this belief: There is nothing wrong with you. You adapted to pain in ways that made sense at the time. Together, we'll honor that and move toward healing that feels not just possible, but deeply yours.
