Gail McWhirter ARNP

Ms. Gail McWhirter, ARNP, has spent most of her life in Jacksonville, Florida but was born in North Carolina. She was awarded her Associate's Degree in nursing from Florida State Community College, her Bachelor's Degree from Jacksonville University, and her Master's Degree from the University of Cincinnati, where she achieved nurse practitioner certification.

She has worked in the field of psychology for over thirty years, working both in an inpatient facility and an outpatient office. She has treated children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in numerous conditions including: Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and alcohol addiction, as well as a myriad of others. 

She has a warm, welcoming disposition, and she always listens carefully to her patients' concerns. Ms. Gail's knowledge of medications and conditions is expansive; she is more than equipped to prescribe the appropriate medications for all of her clients and prides herself on doing so. She will take great care of you.
