Marta Fagundo is a Mental Health Therapist and is the Clinical Coordinator for Social Care Services, LLC. Marta is a graduate of Flagler College, where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 2017. After graduation, she went on to earn her Masters in Science and Health in Exercise Science and Chronic Disease (Epidemiology). She has completed several years of research during her undergraduate and graduate years in Psychology, Nutritional Epidemiology, Chronic Disease, Exercise Science and Public Health.
She has worked as a medical scribe in the Emergency Department and in private practice for over 3 years. She also has over 2 years of experience working as a Family Counselor and working with families who were involved in open cases through the Department of Children and Family. She is skilled in crisis intervention, domestic violence, trauma, substance abuse, parenting, medical neglect and child safety.
She is proficient in working with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Munchausen, PTSD, stress management and coping skills. She has worked with children, adolescents, couples, families and individuals of all ages.
